A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged.

Please read and agree to the following policies to continue booking your next service.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Your appointment time has been reserved for you and nobody else. While we understand emergencies do happen, we do require a 24-48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling for any reason after the 24hrs will result in a full fee of your service. If you can send someone in your place you will not be charged the cancellation/reschedule fee. Cancellation fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. Rescheduling the same appointment more than 1 time may result in being denied the appointment. Canceling or rescheduling frequently will result in a non-refundable deposit to reserve any appointments.

No Show Policy:

We ask that you give a 24-48hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, will result as a no show and you will be responsible to pay the full scheduled service fee. No show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

Running late to Appointments

We ask that you arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out forms if necessary and be ready to start your appointment on time. We strive to keep your appointments running on time. If you are running late we will get you in as quickly as possible, and you will get whatever time remains for the session you scheduled. Please communicate with us if you are running late and we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that we do not usually have extra time to go past your session time scheduled. If you are on time and we are behind, you will still receive your fully scheduled time.
