We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Your appointment time has been reserved for you and nobody else. While we understand emergencies do happen, we do require 24hr notice, 48hr notice for Saturdays to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Though we may evaluate and make a one time exception on a case by case basis. Cancellation or rescheduling for any reason after the 24hrs will result in a 50% fee, of your scheduled service. If you are able to send someone in your place or if we are able to fill that time slot you will not be charged the cancellation/rescheduling fee. Fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

We ask that you give a 24-48hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, will result as a no show and you will be responsible to pay the full scheduled service fee. No show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

We ask that you arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out forms if necessary and be ready to start your appointment on time. We strive to keep your appointments running on time. If you are running late we will get you in as quickly as possible, and you will get whatever time remains for the session you scheduled. Please communicate with us if you are running late and we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that we do not usually have extra time to go past your session time scheduled. If you are on time and we are behind, you will still receive your fully scheduled time.
